Each of these distinctive items features the image, "Boston Ducklings," by well-known Boston artist, the late E. Joseph Fontaine.
The box pays tribute to "Make Way For Ducklings" the classic Robert McCloskey tale of Mrs. Mallard and her harrowing efforts to relocate her brood of ducklings from an island in the Charles River, across town to the Boston Public Garden.
Size of the box is 7 1/2" x 6 1/2" x 2 1/2." It is crafted from solid wood with a cherry finish.
The Fontaine image is matted and framed under glass on the lid. The lid is mirrored inside.
The 10 notecards are boxed for presentation.
